Martin Luther King, was one of the greatest civil rights activists of the black race in America Among his most memorable is the Montgomery bus boycott, supported the founding of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference and the leadership of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom in 1963 where promunció his famous speech "I have a dream-I have a Dream ", Enjoy of this great speech! ***
When I think of these great leaders of history and its commitment to society ... get my mind all Leaders mediators, negotiators, Coaches, Teachers, Doctors, Engineers, lawyers, government officials, businessmen and many people that from their workplace make possible a "peaceful coexistence - not discriminatory," where the values \u200b\u200bof respect, tolerance, multiculturalism and diversity enrich the work environment thus generating ideal spaces for creativity, synergy, talent and innovation of organizations.
